Privacy notice
Short version: I only ask for what I need to answer you, and I don't give it to anyone else.

- Who handles your data
- Cary Sánchez, Independent Immunotec Consultant. This site is hers and is not owned or operated by Immunotec Inc.
- What we collect
- Only what you type into the form: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email if you choose to give it, what you're interested in, and any message you leave. The server also stores the date of your submission so messages can be ordered. Beyond that, only the country you pick for shopping is stored in your browser (see “Cookies and tracking”).
- What we use it for
- To answer you on WhatsApp or by email with the information you asked for. Nothing else. No automated advertising, no signing you up to lists you didn't ask for.
- Who we share it with
- Nobody. We don't sell, rent or trade your data. If you decide to buy or enroll, that happens on Immunotec's site under that company's privacy policy, and the data you give there goes to them.
- How long we keep it
- While a conversation is open and up to two years after the last contact. Then it's deleted.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers: no social pixels, no profiling. It uses a single cookie, and it is functional: it remembers which country you picked so we can send you to the right Immunotec store. It carries no name, does not identify you, lasts a year, and you can clear it from your browser whenever you like. There is one Immunotec video hosted on YouTube: it is shown as a still image and does NOT connect to Google until you press play. If you open it, YouTube's terms apply from that point on. Since we do no advertising and no tracking, you also won't see a banner asking permission for something we don't do.
- How to ask for deletion
- Message the WhatsApp number or the contact email asking for deletion and it's done, no questions. You can also request a copy of what we hold about you.
- Minors
- This site is aimed at adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you spot that a minor left their details, tell us and we'll delete them.
- Security
- The site is served over HTTPS and messages are stored in a private database that is not exposed to the internet.
